FABHAIR'S RETURN POLICY:

All returns must be made within 14 days from the day you receive your shipment.

We will ONLY accept unopened products, with the seal intact. The product must not be removed from the packaging. Our products are tagged with a security seal and if the seal is broken you will not be able to return or exchange the product. Please understand that human hair extensions are considered as a hygienic product. Therefore we will NOT refund opened products, we appreciate your understanding.

If you need to change color or for some other reason return a product, we are more than happy to assist you.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Making a return or an exchange must be made within our return policy.

To make a return you always need to contact our customer support at fabsupport@fabhair.com.

Please write RETURN in the subject headline and provide information about your name, contact info, order number and the reason for return. If the return is qualified, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA) that we will mail back to you.

All returns MUST be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and the RMA number.

We will then provide you with our return address, where the returned items will be inspected to make a final return approval.

You are responsible for all shipping costs of the return and we recommend that you to send your return in a trackable service and purchase the option of insurance. Fabhair will not be responsible for any damaged or lost packages.

For international customers, please remember to always put in bold text “RETURN PRODUCT, NO DUTIES”, otherwise your package will be returned back to YOU.

Remember all Fabhair Extensions must be shipped back UNOPENED in the original packaging with an RMA number and invoice, and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or the return will NOT be issued.


REFUNDS:

If you are returning the item for a refund to your original payment method, you will be credited immediate after we recived your package and processed the return. It will usually will show on your credit card statement within 3 business day.

Please noticeExpress shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable 

NOTE: Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility. 

 

WARRANTY:

We offer a 1 year warrenty for production error on our electronic products such as flat-iron and hair fusion connector.
