It may take 24h-48h after placement of order to receive confirmation and tracking information. In some rare occasions the tracking information might not show up, however you will still be receiving your package.

International customers (all customers outside U.S) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Custom handling may delay your delivery time.

Please pay attention to international slow to ship countries. On very rare occasions it may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive packages in some countries with the standard shipping. (i.e. Middle East and Russia)

We are not responsible if the package is not delivered during the guaranteed shipping times, as we cannot be held liable for USPS, UPS or FEDEX guarantee. If your package is not delivered in time, you will need to contact USPS, UPS or FEDEX . We will NOT refund additional shipping charges, if the courier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

Expedited shipping options are non-refundable.



It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that she or he enters the address information correctly.

Please double-check the address, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If you notice a wrong address please contact within 2 hours from placing the order. Orders placed prior to this two-hour window, will already be in process or shipped.

Please notice if your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address.
